To participate in a bike tour, you need to know how to ride a bike safely. Tour length is approx. 10-11 km / 6-7 miles, cycling at an easy pace.

Yes, it is necessary that you book your bike tour in advance. For a private bike tour, please send your request by email to bookaguidedk@gmail.com. For the daily bike tour please book here.

To book the daily bike tour, you just have to follow the steps and fill in the booking form here. If you want to book a private bike tour, please send a request to bookaguidedk@gmail.com.

You pay for your daily booked bike tour with the payment link you’ll receive by email before the tour starts. Payment must be made not later than 24 hours before the scheduled bike tour, to guarantee your spot on the tour. Private bike tours have other payment conditions, please read here.

Helmets are included but not mandatory to use. Our bikes are super comfortable Jopo bikes. They have no gears, but it is not at all necessary for our bike tour. The seats can be adjusted to fit everyone with a height between 1,40 m to 1,85 m / 4,7 ft. to 6,1 ft.

If you bring your own bike for the daily bike tour, please notify it in the message box, when you fill in the booking form. Then you’ll get a 10% discount on the tour price.

If you don’t notify it, you are not entitled for the discount.

The daily bike tours are conducted in English. Upon availability, Spanish, French, English, Danish or German can be requested for a private bike tour.

Minors are welcome to participate in a bike tour, under the responsibility of the parents or guardians, be aware of the size of the bikes to be sure they fit them. The seats can be adjusted to fit everyone with a height between 1,40 m to 1,85 m / 4,7 ft. to 6,1 ft.

The daily bike tour lasts 3 hours. Tour length is approx. 10-11 km / 6-7 miles, cycling at an easy pace. We will cover the most important highlights of the city of Copenhagen, like the Little Mermaid, Christiansborg, Gefion Fountain, Rosenborg, Amalienborg (Royal Palaces), the Citadel, the City Hall, etc. We have + 10 stops along the tour. On a private bike tour, we agree the content and duration with the client.

We have a maximum of 12 participants on a bike tour. If you are a larger group, please send us a request by email to bookaguidedk@gmail.com.

The daily bike tours always start from the shop Copenhagen Vibes which is situated 100 meters from the Royal Palaces Amalienborg. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts. Private tours also start from the same location unless anything else has been agreed.

The bike tours take place in any kind of weather. We provide rain ponchos. Only in case of dangerous weather forecasts, the tours may be cancelled. In this case refunds will take place according to our cancellation policy.

Check always your email previous your tour for any important update.

Remember to wear appropriate clothes and footwear, especially if it is raining. We do supply simple rain ponchos. We normally check the weather forecast for Copenhagen here.

Yes, you can store your luggage during the bike tour in the shop Copenhagen Vibes.

Food and beverages are not included on the bike tours.

On the tour we have a break at the Copenhagen Food Halls.

And at Copenhagen Vibes, where we start and end, you can get different supplies there before and after the bike tour.

They have some of the best coffee in town, ice cream, water, chocolates, etc.

It is subject to a fine to take photos while you ride the bike. But no worry, we have plenty of stops along the way with time for photo taking.

If you need to cancel your booked daily bike tour, you have send an email to bookaguidedk@gmail.com. Cancellation by calling, sms or whatsapp is not accepted. If you need to cancel a private bike tour it has to be done by email too. Please read more about cancellation policy and refunds here.

When participating in a daily bike tour, on a private bike tour, or using the guide service from Book A Guide, guests always participate at their own risk. Book A Guide and any person working for Book A Guide can never be held responsible for any personal or material damage occurring during a guided tour.
